I'm currently conducting some research to identify psychological strategies that relate to improved quality and increased quantity of athletic practice for my masters at the University of Ottawa.
This has the potential to identify psychological strategies and may allow sport coaches and athletes to maximize their practice time, performance and their overall experience in sport.
