That's because the IAAF presumably won't process the positives.
It is possible that there is some wrangling such that the announcement is made all at once, wrapped up in a neat little bow, so as not to generate too much doping/corruption talk.

agreed. he is the man. it may not have been the most careful pieces of work, but it got to the heart of the issues and ultimately brought down the biggest players in the system.

I am not so sure about that. Effectively he has:
1. Outed Russia
2. Outed Kenya
3. Outed Ethiopia
4. Outed PR
The problem is not whether Seppelt has done enough. The problem is the almost total reluctance of the powers that be to show some transparency and actually act upon his revelations. Unfortunately Seppelt does not have that power.
I continue to stand by the post I made when I was unregistered.

Well he's totally wrong about the Russians. If they were so doped, how come they can't remotely touch Paula Radcliffe's marathon record?
She's the last person who would dope, and Seb Coe has vouched for her cleanliness. So Seppelt must be wrong about the Russians.
