I would like some advice on how to achieve a ~13:40s 5k on the track in about 2 years of training. I am a very fast responder, as my 5k pr was 17 minutes and now I have a realistic shot of breaking 15 min and getting into the 14:50s range.
Some advice that I would like include: what worked and did not work for you in your experience, and anything I can do. I am trying to keep this as serious as possible, no jokes please. Thank you very much for your help.
