Been feeling very sluggish in training lately so got some blood work done. Appreciate any insights / recommendations. For the time being, I have a doctor who refuses to engage in any conversation around these results - he says I am normal or close enough to not worry about anything.
29 y/o male, former collegiate runner. Currently training for marathon in early December. Doing about 70mpw. One other issue I have is feeling lightheaded / heart pounding after walking up 1-2 flights of stairs to my office. I am not feeling especially tired in general (but not super energetic either).

Things that jump out to me:
--Ferritin of 17.6 (when converted to mg/ml) is a little low?
--Iron, hemoglobin on low end of "normal" per the lab's guidelines
--Hematocrit of 39%...I think I had a high 40s in one test in college...can't remember exactly
--They flagged Red Cell Count as being low...but that can be due to training?
--Testosterone of 4.9 (when converted) is a little low for being 29 years old?
Thanks guys!!
