One of the tweets at least implied that it had something to do with the dress and décor. Either way, it is not offensive and, in fact, these kinds of events are intended to promote diversity. Anyone complaining about this Mexican food night has dang thin skin and their interpretation of the event was grossly off the mark.
What's next? No more Polish sausage. No more Irish Reubens. No more Swiss cheese. No more American cheese, for that matter.
