I wanted to know why I cannot seem to run like I used to. A few years back when I was 13/14 I could run sub 19 for a 5k easily and even got down to 18:30. However, these past two seasons I haven't been able to run well at all, I can barely get around a 22 now. I used to love running and now I dread it, I also did not have any aching muscles at all. Now I have tendonitis everywhere. HELP!!
(To add extra information, I'm a 16 year old female who is 6' and weighs 125lbs)
Step #1 is going to be stepping away from running for a bit to sort out the injuries. You need professional support for those injuries.
Find some other things to do that you can be passionate about like running. Dance (modern/contemporary more than ballet), martial arts, wrestling are some crazy ideas. You know you, so figure out something that\'s not running to exercise. Try new stuff.
Once your injuries calm down and are totally pain free for a couple of weeks and you still want to run, you will need to limit the runs. You are going to need help with a good plan and some monitoring.

Have you grown a lot in the last 2-3 years?
If I were in your situation I would take a month off with no running. During the time off, I would stretch and ice as needed to make sure all of my injuries were gone by the end of the month. But I would also keep in mind that the time off is not because of injuries but because I was burned out. Then I'd spend a couple of months slowly building back up the mileage.
I would hit the weight room. Not joking. You need to get your base fitness back and reduce injuries.
6' and 125lbs gives a BMI of 17 for female.
It's very like you're underweight and need to get healthy and stronger before you can get faster again.
Like others said, stop running for a while. Try something else.
I assume you didn't weigh 125 two years ago and likely weren't 6 ft tall. Female muscle doesn't grow like male's due to 90% less testosterone. Your power/weight ratio has dropped. Your tendons may be aching due to big growth spurt to hit 6 feet.
If you dread running, quit. Life is too short to do extracurricular activities that you dread and cause you to ache.
