Looking for some advice on a good method to progress from 45-50 MPW to 70 MPW safely and injury free? I'm a junior in HS currently. Gonna stay at 45-50 until the XC season wraps up in a week and a half, but after I'm looking to up the MPW to around 70. What's a good plan to work up to it? Want to make sure I do it right, since increasing the work load can be tedious. Wanting to up the MPW for some good solid training for track in the spring. Thanks guys!
