Hey whats up? I finished my marathon a wk ago. Is it normal to have the post marthon blues? I only ran once last wk just finding it hard to get out there lately.. Not sure why I BQ'd.. Guess you could say I'm a little burnt out..
Anyone know of how to overcome this? Is a wk or 2 off after a marathon normal? I have no big races planned on my horizon maybe a turkey trot. Oh yea and of course Boston '17!!!
