2 to 4 inches more before the end of February puts my athlete into the 'tippable zone' at a very selective college. I do not know high jump well-enough to mess with athlete's technique, but it looks pretty clean. Athlete never touched a weight in his life, so this seems like an obvious place to start, but I'm wondering whether I should start with plyos then go to weights. Hill work? All 3. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to get the most bang for my buck in 3-4 months while keeping athlete healthy. Of course, the idea is for him to compete a bit indoors.
