So about a week ago I saw this book about strength training for distance runners floating around on Instagram. I follow quite a few runners and see running books and products all the time. But about the time I decided I'd like to investigate the book I couldn't find it anymore and have no idea of the title or author. It had a redish orange cover on it with a picture of a Kenyan runner in a purple adidas singlet on the front, or at least I think that's what it was. Anyone here know the book I'm talking about. I've been searching online but can't find it anywhere. Thanks.
