Yeah there are plenty of places to run, and they're all in the opposite direction.
First, learn to spell Aleppo.
Second, feel free to run anywhere in Aleppo or in the surrounding desert. I believe you will find many beautiful and safe running trails in that bucolic environment.
Any of the warring factions likely will welcome you with open arms.

If this is bona fide, which. I doubt, you are either a journalist or a CIA agent, or some sort of military intelligence officer. Whomever you are, the running will happen anywhere near Aleppo, as soon as the bullets begin to fly. Over 200 journalists have been killed covering Syria since 2011--and many thousand Syrians. With the Russians now on the scene, the butcher will surly be racking up an even larger bill.
I lived in Aleppo for five years in the 90s. The answer to your question is no.
The running in and around Aleppo is wonderful. You should have no problem finding a training group (there are several), and there are some beautiful routes in the rolling dunes just outside of town.
Train hard but - most important - just have fun!

No there arent. Aleppo isnt in the desert.

Actually there are many trolling dunes in the vicinity.
