I ran mid to high 15's in college and have started training for marathons since I graduated... I have dropped time from 2:55 to 2:45 over 2 years and 3 marathons. I see myself as more of a shorter distance guy, but it's never translated. I'd love to get down to the 15 mid's again and maybe even get lower than that. Current training is marathon specific 85-100 mpw with 20+ every 2 weeks,
best workout recently has been a cutdown 4x2 mile going from MP down to 10 miler pace 11:56-->10:55 with 1:45 400m recover
