Hi, I'm a senior and this is my first year of running cross country. I haven't yet because my coach, wants to keep me as the team's secret weapon when CIF comes by. My team in a national caliber powerhouse, who has had placed the top 5 consistently at our state meet the past 6 years. Can you guys predict my Mt. Sac time based off this past weeks training?
Monday: (am) 15 miles at 6:20 pace
Tuesday (am) 4 easy at 6:50 pace (pm) 4xmile repeats(5:02, 4:55, 4:47, 4:52), with half mile recovery in between, 3 mile warm up, 4 cool down
Wednesday: (am) 8 easy at 6:45 pace (pm) weightlifting/swim
Thursday: (am) 4 easy at 6:45 pace (pm) various hill repeats about 6 miles for workout, 3 warm up, 4 cool down
Friday: (am) 3 easy at 6:45 pace (pm) 6 at 6:25 pace, weightlifting
Saturday: 3 mile warm up, 4 mile tempo( 5:10, 5:07, 5:07, 5:02), 4 mile cool down
Sunday: 20 minutes easy at 8:00 pace, swim
