Im a college runner who has been an all american my soph year and got injuried last year so i RS'ed. This season i just got sick and didnt run up to my standard time. Now my coach doesnt want to run me in the next race a week away. I want to run but need to give him a reason why. He doesnt think ill be healthy in a week. Ive been killing workouts and want to race to get confidence up
