how important is "important"? i doubt any amount of medicine will get you to 100% by tomorrow, but if it's really that important to you then run it. just know it's going to hurt and you most likely will be disappointed, unless your coach sits you out.
if i were you i'd skip it and rest up your body. better safe then sorry, and there's still a lot of season left.
