In addition to the schools already mentioned, you should look at the Patriot League. I'd especially recommend Bucknell and Lehigh because they offer strong academics (I assume their Comp Sci departments are good) as well as decent distance programs. American University could be an option too. You might want to also check out some A-10 schools. Of the distance-oriented teams, La Salle, Duquesne, St. Joe's, and UMass would be good bets. George Mason -- in NoVA near D.C. -- could work if you are okay with the location.
Places like Gtown, Villanova, and Syracuse have great teams that you could probably make. However, it will be much harder to have an impact there, so you should consider that throughout your college search.
Someone already mentioned the Ivies, so I won't elaborate on them. Just know that each one has a different academic feel, long d program, team culture, etc.
As for the DIII route, any of the following would love to have you: Amherst, Williams, Wesleyan, Bowdoin, Bates, Colby, Tufts, Middlebury, Haverford, Johns Hopkins, and MIT. Be aware, though, that xc teams like Williams and Haverford are much better than other DIII ones. With the notable exception of MIT, these institutions probably don't have much of a Comp Sci curriculum.
Best of luck. As a senior in college, I remember the excitement and anxiety that accompanied the process and hope to have been of some help to you.
