I hit my highest mileage week while still being able to walk. I ran 61.5 miles and Probably averaged 55 over the last 4 weeks. I've been ocilating between 45-50 with doubles, running and sometimes x training. I recently did a tempo on a hard course with a lot of rollong hills hitting 17:43- 3miles 2:17 break 16:43 then about a 10 min break and i tightened up a ton. i should have been able to hit my split (2:30) but i was so tight and ran a 2:50. My pr right now is 28:11. I feel like my training ia really coming together because thr 1643 is on pace for a 5k pr on a hilly course and it felt comfortably uncomfortable. Before i ran very few miles and was trained like a sprinter i ran a 23.6 FAT 200m. No trolls plzzz
