16, Male, running about 40-45 mow for the last 2.5 months.
Haven't had any really good workouts except 6x800 in 2:41 avg off 1:00 rest.
Started the season at about 19:30 and ran 17:30 This week with my last 1km in 3:15. I have three meets left two are on moderately fast courses, and one fast course.
