I have some good miles under my belt from prior years. I've run 15 flat and some fast middle distance times in college. At the moment, I've training at about 20 miles a week for 2 to 3 months. It's just been slow going with work and all.
All of a sudden, there is a 5K in a month or so that I will be running. I have experience in training, but I was just curious what others seriously thought.
Should I just increase miles to 50MPW for the 4 weeks? Should I include a 5x1mile threshold workout each week? Should double?
