hard to say what shape you'll be in for indoor track at this stage. you may be peaking too soon.
I disagree with many of the other posters. 1.10 alone can mean sub 2 ability. I would say you can run 1.55/1.56 given this workout. The 500s are impressive, the 300s not bad, the 100s quite slow. But 1.10 is still 1.52 pace so I'd say you could well run 1.12+44.
A 2.02/2.05 runner, unless he is a 400m specialist and not a mid distance guy, can't run 1.10 for a 500m. This is 56 400m/pace so he needs to be at least a 52/3 guy to run it.

Are you more geared towards the 4/8 or the 8/15? If the latter, you could probably run the workout without being in sub 2 shape. If you're in 52 second or faster quarter shape right now, you're probably good for 2:00 - 2:02. If you're in 53 - 53.5 quarter shape right now, you're probably good for 1:57 - 1:58.
Those are the times that, for a 52 second quarter miler, would indicate that you're in that rough 2:0x low zone that so many 800 guys are stuck in for a while. However, it's still very early in whatever season you're training for (when are your meets? That workout looks strange for an 800 guy at this time of year), so expect to break 2 in the near future.
Finally, take this all with a grain of salt: I don't think of 2x(5-3-1) as being a great predictor. 4x400 w/ 5 min recovery, 3x(3x300) w/ 100 jog / 1 lap jog between sets, and 2x(500-300) w/ ~30 seconds recovery and 5 minutes between sets, all repeats at goal 800m pace, are, in my experience, going to give more accurate assessments of fitness.
This is essentially an extension to my summer during which I didn't go slower than 1:56.2 or faster on multiple occasions. After taking ten days easy during august I spent the past month getting myself into shape for a late 800 in october (though whilst trying to start working on winter base and maintaining top end speed with the additional occasional lactate overload workout like this) and also have to say I feel in pretty good shape right now - though eating 90 minutes before a hard workout still is a stupid idea.
How on earth do you guys think a 2:0x guy could even run 500-300 once in 1:10-42 (even with 1:30 rest)?! That's (an admittedly broken) 800 in 1:52 for christ's sake - most 2:0x guys would have problems running 1:10 once in training.
It's exactly what I was trying to say. I ran something like 1.11 39 26 for a 500-300-200 last year and recovery was 10 minutes between them. I was in 51.7 shape. Run 2.00 flat with a negative split, and I only ran two 800s. That workout, I repeat, shows 1.56 abilty and worst.

And worst or at worst?
At worst. Sorry, I immediately noticed this typo but couldn't edit the message.
