Current training: 50mpw, long run at 12 miles (but going up to 13 next week), doing tempo of at least 5 miles @ sub 6:20 Tuesday & Thursday, 60min on Wednesday, easy 6 miles Mon & Friday, rest day on Saturday. Goal time for half, 1:20:00.
What should my mileage and workouts look like from here on out? Longer tempos, shorter & faster workouts, keep increasing mileage?
Any advice welcome.
