Ive been reading a lot on these forums and point that has been brought across very often is that Highschoolers should double more and slow down during easy runs. I decided that I would implement these into my training schedule so I have been doing 3-4, 3 mile runs a day at 9:30 pace with 5 3 mile runs at a slightly faster pace for my long run. I have yet to run much faster than I did last year.
