I am 16 and in high school..
-my PB for 1500m is 4.24 but I haven't run an outdoor 1500m in 18 months. ..
-my PB for 3000m is 9.40
-My PB for 5,000m on road is 16.51
-I have never raced over 800m
when I set these times I was running about 20-30km a week with no weights...
If I upped my mileage to around 50km a week what would the effect be on my times for the above distance....
I can run 4 min km's for about 12km if I push hard in training
