I posted here about a week ago because I was having hip pain right above my iliac crest. I'm a HS XC runner, female. I took the week off, iced and stretched. My hip felt better and I raced yesterday and about 2 miles in, the pain was back. Now I'm in horrible pain and limping around everywhere. Like I said, the pain is surrounding my iliac crest, almost in my lower abdominal area. Could this be psoas injury, and if it is how should I treat this and how long should recovery be? I have a big meet next week and really can't miss it
