for a 4:57 average. Had issues pacing at first but felt great on the last one
those guys are idiots
you'll definitely be under 26 on a fast course unless you were going way too hard for this workout
i do 5x1600 with 3min rest in about 5:00-5:05 avg (without blowing out the last one) and i run 25:40s on a fast course
if i did the workout you did, at a fair effort, i'd run under 25:30
