Seriously, with what we know now about barefoot running, why are people still slogging in supportive running shoes???? It has been proven by science that barefoot/minimalist running is the best way to run. Why are people so dumb?
Is it because of all the toxins they eat???? If they switched to an organic paleo diet their brains would function better and they would understand why barefoot running is so superior to support shoe running.
