I'm a grade 8 girl using my 3k track training plan for my 3k XC season but I'm running most of it on grass and trail.
there is also some 200/400/600/800 repeats thrown in on the track.
it might not be the best XC plan but do you thinks it's OK? Better than nothing right? like will I at least beat all the girls who only play soccer?
longs runs are 7-8k
