In all honesty, the interview makes sense. At 54, he should be doing more flexibility and strength. But having him swinging around like a fairy in tights just doesn't look good, especially after the Jenner thing.
Also. What's with his comment about music? I took that to mean that he NEVER listens to music. I get the "no music at the track" rule, obviously, but I inferred that he had some personal revulsion to music. Odd guy.
Also, for those of you who cannot get past the pay wall, he says he never liked running and never considered himself a runner. He was a "sprinter," not a runner.
