^ I think you kind of answered your own question. The poster has never run 14 nor will they ever run 14. No one that has ever run 14 mins would ask a question this stupid.
I will answer the best I can. It really depends on what you did in that year off. If you haven't gained a ton of weight and you kill yourself in training everyday for the next two months I would say you can get maybe within 90 seconds of your 20 minute 5K PR. This is assuming you stay healthy the entire time you are destroying yourself trying to get back into "shape".
At best I think you are good for a 21:15 to 21:30.
