San Diego -- 100oz.
Michigan. Usually around 80-100 ounces
I live in Virginia and drink ~170 oz a day.
DC - 100 oz
How do you guys drink so much?
47 yrs old, ohio with 67 temp and 67 dew PT and I probably do no more than 50 Oz a day.
Western New York. Coffee in the morning, beer at night. Lots of fruits and veggies and an occasional trip to the water fountain in my office or on campus.
around 1.5 gallons of straight water a day ( in summer ) - Massachusetts
I like to be hydrated .
Not sure why anyone keeps track of how much water they drink. Seems like you can simply drink when your thirsty and forget about it.
1 liter maybe?
Wisconsin
New York 24 oz, 32 ounce if I'm running. More on a hot day. It's more than enough.
San Jose - rarely more than 10 ounces per day

True, but if I wait until I'm thirsty then it takes forever to hydrate. I take sips every 15 minutes but don't drink 100 oz unless I am running a lot that day.
San Diego btw.
~ 1 gallon a day
We need to keep bumping this thread. It magically made me thirsty and I am now enjoying a tall chilled glass of water.
Man that was good.
Living in Japan. Its is hot and humid in summer I probably knock back 2 litres of water a day.
Western New York. 72 oz.
This thread is making me thirsty!
Started making sure I drank at least 64 ounces per day not counting what I drink due to running and I've lost 5-6 pounds in 5 weeks.
I track water intake because I mostly drink out a nalgene. I'd ballpark it at 80-100 oz a day and another 20 or so of coffee.
2.5 - 3 liters I live in a hot place.
