Situation: older runner trying to salvage a bad track season. I started getting fit after a long break in the spring, got down to low 16s 5000 shape in midAugust, but little or no training at 3000 pace or faster and very few chances to race. I just had two weeks of Life(tm) interruptions.
The UK track season is nearly over but I have two 1500 races to aim for in late September. My body responds well to training hard every third day, which gives me space for six sessions.
Please suggest the six sessions I should do!
