There is so little information even top sprinters are confused. Running with hands open looks ridiculous and is dangerous. Running with the hands closed and (fisted) up is proper form. Ligaments pulling the sockets properly, the forarms in proper sinc. Allowing the shoulders and shoulder blade's to pull downwards through the abdomen (core) on toward ultimately to legs (hips)&(knees).
