Hi I'm a sophomore female. I didn't really run well last year (best was 22:00) in xc due to lack of training and motivation but have picked up my training this summer. I averaged about 25-30miles w/few long runs of 8 miles. I ran couple races in the summer, 21:30 (the best)@ a hilly golf course race in July. Since then I've been running about 30-32miles w/the xc team and lately the last few workouts I've been able to keep up with the top runners. Recently we ran 5x1000 @ 6:20 pace w/3min rest. I was able to keep up and felt pretty good w/each interval. Curious what I could run this weekend in my first meet of the season?
It's fairly flat and temps should be in the low 80s.
