I have been running for a couple years prs 800 2:13 1500 4:24 3,200 10:00 5,000 17:43. I want to build a base for this spring track season with goals if a sub 2 800m and a sub 4:30 mile. I want to run between 45-60 miles a week and need help getting to and peaking for my races. Can anyone write me a schedule? For base this fall/winter and then peaking in march/ april. I have run 45 miles before as a high.
