I have been struggling with an IT Band issue now for almost six months. I have been trying various techniques and modes of therapy to treat it, with little luck.
I was hoping some of you had ideas on cross-training/ways to stay fit and sane while out. I have tried biking and the elliptical with little luck - it is relatively painless while on the bike or elliptical but my IT Band is always aggravated the next day. Is swimming my best bet? Anything else that could be done at home?
