Gearing up for a ten k mid cycle on tired legs. AVG 90 k a week now ( injury prone, not a high mileage runner).
Did a 5 x 1 mile track workout 2 weeks ago. 2 minutes rest between reps.
Results were
1 = 6:09
2 = 6:00
3= 6:04
4= 6:12
5= 6:27
Want to run sub 40.
