Any of you guys help me predict my times, I am going to be a junior and have been varsity since freshman year. This year I have been training really consistently, here is my past weeks training logs:
Monday: 11.6 miles in 73:00
Tuesday: 3.2 miles fartlek invoking 10k, 5k, 2 mile and mile pace, 7.2 miles overall including warm up and cool down
Wednesday: 6.7 miles in 44 minutes
Thursday: hill repeats involving switchbacks, 5.8 miles overall including warm up and cool down
Friday: 5.8 miles in 39 minutes, went easier and shorter than past Friday's by little less than a mile
Saturday: 2 mile time trial: 4:42 1st mile split, finished in 9:35, 6 miles including warm up and cool down
43.1 miles overall for the week, any time predictions??
