he has the speed to challenge MF and could go sub-12:50. Hopefully he will listen to my advice!

Hasn't he already lost to Farah twice in Monaco in his own event?
As Dibaba demonstrated, there comes a point at which 1500m speed precludes 5000m ability.

Exactly. Good 1500 meter runners don't always clean house at 5k. Good 5k runners aren't always good at 10k.

Did you watch the women 5000m? It was actually a 5000m race, unlike the men's race, which has not been in many many years...

2k tempo, 3k all out more like.
Men's race 4k marathon pace, 1k all out wind up.

She was tired and apparently had a slight injury, something even her doping regimen that allows her to avoid year round testing couldn't overcome.
Mo finished behind iguider at Monaco meet this year, due to problems w/Moroccan federation, ighider warn t in good shape last ,that why he lost to mo at 2014 Monaco meet+ next year will double 1500/5000 at Rio 2016,he is having same elgherouj s coach kadda, will see next year
El G's coach? Greeeeat. Maybe he and Driouch can pace Mo next spring in Ethiopia whilst they're on suspension.

Mo has never beaten Iguider at the 1500. Iguider beat him in Monaco this year and didn't run Monaco last year. Mo however has beaten Iguider at 5000 a couple times, but I'd like to see Iguider run the 5k more given that he was 6th in the Olympics 3 year ago and was in it until the last 100.

Aden was Driouch's coach, not El Gs coach.
No he didn't.
In Monaco 2013 Iguider didn't run, and this year he beat Farah.
So 1-0 for Iguider. Try again.
If there's a country that should be banned from the World Champs/Olympics it should be Morocco. Amine Laalou, Rasheed Ramzi, and Abderrahim Goumri were all banned for EPO use and biological passport issues in the last 5 years. What are the chances the other prominent Moroccan distance runner, Iguider, is not also on EPO?

You are very selective when it comes to calling people dopers, aren't you?

She ran 14:26. She beat the championship record by more than 10 seconds. Only 7 women in history (including herself) have run a 5000m faster than that... Yes, that was a 5000m race...
Pretty much equivalent to a 12:4X performance for the men... Mo ran 13:5X. Quite a bit slower than 12:4X. Pretty sure that Iguider would not be phased by a 14:30 pace...
It's not about speed in the 1500, it's about speed in the final sprint. Iguider is mediocre there as he gets passed in the last 100 of almost every race. Farah would eat him for lunch, until he learns how to make his last 100 his fastest.
to that guy talking about morocco doping ,morocco doesn t produce epo,it s in spain, italy , usa ,ect...where it produced ,they need to punish the origin of it ,and those doctors involved like italian ,spanish, the american in bay area providing heavy stuff to baseball players, football players, cyclists etc....more than this the doping market is big in europe and northamerica than africa .
?
It's not a probability question, nor about chances.
Unless you have some actual proof your point is meaningless.
I like how you tried to counter argument my post by mentioning doping allegations. Farah was the only one denying training with Driouch when he clearly knew who he was (a doper who is suspended), and if anything Farah is more likely to be doping anyway.
Farah never beat Iguider in a 1500m period.

What do you mean "?"? Do you want to count the number of posts where you call someone a doper? And now Iguider is all clean?
