could anyone lend some advice please?
Started running again in June.
I'm in base phase and my goal was to run 3 miles everyday.
Currently on 18mpw running 3 miles 6 days a week.
Is the next step to increase one of the 3 milers to 4 miles everyweek until I am running 4 miles 6x a week? Eventually running 6 miles 6 x a week or maybe doubles of 3 miles.
