diagnosed with upper hamstring tendinitis, which is causing stiffness in knee (especially in the morning). the hamstring doesn't feel as symptomatic, but the knee feels stiff the first couple of minutes running, than it warms up.
the knee symptoms ( pinching, stiffness, medial pressure) come and go through out the day.
its been going on for a bout 3 months. got MRI of knee ( no real harm done, just some fluid) doc things its all related to the hamstring.
Ive done yoga, Pilates, foam rolling, stretching, strengthening. I cant seem to knock it.
any ideas?
