I just wanted to ask if you think that slow runners (say 45-50 min 10k) are usually faster on a track like elites or not. I had my first race today and I noticed that it was different, from a physical and mental point of view. Not sure if I'm faster on the road (I improved my time of april by 2 min but I was hoping for something more), I did a couple of workouts on track in the last months but I obviously never trained seriously.
