Now no one on here is suggesting that it is not a problem or that it does not exist, but to jump on every good performance is just ridiculous and perspective is needed. It's almost as if people are denying that humans can perform at these levels. I am waiting for the 'was Roger Bannister's sub 4 min run drug induced'. With all that athletes have now to run fast, are these performances really beyond non induced physiology?

Ah, but there are no clean athletes according to Letsrun. Because if they win, they are cheaters by definition.

If all the current top athletes went away and the next tier were the winners, the new winners would still be doping. According to Letsrun.

And so on and so forth, until we get to the performance level that each poster was capable of personally reaching at their best. Then they would only be 50/50 to be doping, according to that particular poster.

Cheaters are stealing glory, medals, and money from the clean athletes who deserve it. Frankly it sucks, and I wish it wasn't happening to the sport I love.

I agree that Dibaba's performance is a very large outlier (especially wr) . But I have seen claims here that Dafne Schippers, Julius Yego, Ashton Eaton, the Kenyan 400m hurdler Bett, every 800m woman in the field, multiple men in the 800m field; it's just ridiculous. Everything you have seen is not unusual or unbelievable, or evidence of doping. Just don't watch athletics if you don't enjoy it.
