This morning was too typical for me: get up around 6am and go for an easy 4-8 mile run. After 15 minutes I have to crap even though I did just that before I left. Sometimes it'll pass and sometimes I have to get home stat.
I have zero issues and can even skip the morning BM if I'm not running, but a run clearly brings out something in my diet or digestive system that otherwise would be fine. Anyone go through this and have success fixing it?
