How much speed does the turn kill for a guy with his power and momentum?
Could he have broken 19 in his wr sprint?

He would be slower. Running the bend gives a slingshot affect. Same reason hammer throws go longer than javelins
There is no slingshot effect. You do not speed up coming off the turn unless you are a lousy sprinter and failed to reach max velocity before then.
In the 1960's Tommie Smith ran his PR 200 of 19.50 on a straight cinder track. Tyson Gay set his 200 PR on a straight track too.
It takes a significant amount of centripetal force to turn in a circle, none of which contributes to forward motion at all.

Hook, line, and sinker.
Ongoing execution of Usain Bolt, in two acts: falsely accused of doping in Beijing and stripped shortly after.
It's also a parallel script to actor "Obama arrested, stripped", who same as Lance Armstrong, will "confess the most sophisticated conspiracy in the History of Politics" on TV to Oprah Winfrey.
Illuminazi will terminate Usain Bolt after his Beijing races, at the same stadium where he became the fastest man ever AND FOREVER.
Doping conspiracy echoed by NOBODY ever since it was exposed in the web, 1999:
"Doping improves performance in running and jumping" is a lie sold by the illuminati through false accusations to the champions.

Probably if he was serious about it-under 19.00, I used to train running 200 straight and it was just a matter of getting up to speed and holding form. No shifting of form needed like coming off the turn. Consistent knee lift and stride is easier to maintain.
