6x800 on heavy legs and super tight hamstrings. 3 min rest between reps and 8 min rest before the last one (needed to stretch out the hams). 2:36, 2:44, 2:41, 2:41, 2:44, 2:31. About 35-40mpw with most runs at 7:15-7:00 pace, weekly long run of 8 miles negative splitting down to 6:40 or so for the last mile. Track PRs are 2:12 800m, 5:19 1600m, 12:04 3200m. 5k from last year is so horrendously slow it's not even relevant. I have improved a lot since I last raced but I have no idea what I'm capable of at the moment. Goal for the season is sub-19 5k.
