So a little bit of background I have been running since Jr high and this is my senior year. My freshman year in cross my pr 16:30. Sophomore year my PR was 15:40. And my junior year I only dropped my PR to 15:30. However my junior year I ran sub 16:00 wayyy more consistently which I am proud of. Last track season i ran 4:20 in the 1600m. The summer going into my sophomore year I ran one 50 mile week. Then my junior year I ran one 55 mile week. This summer I have been focusing on keeping my mileage high eveyweek. (45+ for 4 weeks and one of those was 55). I also have been working on improving the quality of my runs. (Done 2 ten milers now at sub 6:30). My goal time for the season is 15:00. Below is my training I have been doing. Do you think I will achieve my goal? Do I need to modify my training? Really want some input..
