We have a problem in Athletics in vilifying athletes who have served their time.
In cycling, it is the opposite - when Virenque and Contador came back after their suspensions, they were welcomed back with open arms by the public and their competitors.
Shobukova deserves commendation for providing valuable info on doping infractions to the doping authorities committee.
There is no reason to hold her back from participating in Major Marathons again. Doing so would be an injustice.
