Hey guys, I know it looks as if I'm posting this twice, but this is the original TDodd22, some one decided to take my name on here (TDodd22), because my email wasn't linked w/ it. He is now trolling acting as if he is me, please disregard anything he posts when he is acting as if he is me. He didn't even format the week the same way I do. (He did Sunday-Saturday, I do Monday-Sunday)

AM- 5.1 miles easy/recovery (7:21)
PM- 3 sets of *hills* + 1 mile warm up, and 1 mile cool down
Tuesday:
AM- 1.25 miles easy (In PE)
PM- 4 miles negative (6:57) + 1.5 mile warm up (6:52)
Wednesday:

PM- 5.1 miles easy (7:03) + 1.5 mile warm up (6:24)
Thursday:
PM- 3.5 mile **tempo** + 1.5 mile warm up (6:32)
Friday:
AM- 5.1 miles easy (7:18)
PM- 4.1 miles easy (7:15) + .75 mile warm up
Saturday:
PM- 3.4 miles easy (7:19)
Sunday:
PM- 9.25 mile ***long run***
Total: 54.23
*hills*- 1st set- 2:53 for 3 loops (.4 miles), 2nd set- 3:42 for 4 loops (.52 miles), and 3rd set- 2:36 for 3 loops (.39 miles)
Felt really good, the hills were done on about a 15% grade hill, so my coach figured we should do these close to our top speed. Felt light and quick.
**tempo**- 3.5 mile tempo; 5:50.5, 5:45.6, 6:01.3, and 2:59.4 (5:53 pace)
Felt really good, had to rush to a job interview so I didn't get to cool down. Towards the end, the for the last 1.5 miles the wind was coming directly at me, so it was hard to deal with. Other than the wind being a direct head wind, I was really happy w/ how this went, my breathing was very rhythmic and soft which is great!
***long run***- 9.25 mile long run (7:14), threw in a few light surges in the middle of this at around 6:30 pace. (4.90-5.00), (5.85-6.00), and (6.80-7.00)
Felt really smooth, started to feel myself pushing it a bit around mile 3 or 4, so I decided it would be a good idea to hold back. I didn't want to take too much out of myself w/ my season opener being this coming Wednesday. Really fun route, ran by a land mark that is creepy. It has had I believe 7 people die inside it, it is called Devil's Hole. It was a new route and kinda gave me the chills when running by the hole.
Happy w/ how this week went, even though I came down w/ some allergy sickness on Wednesday and it is just now starting to go away. My voice was completely gone yesterday, which sucks because it made it really hard to breathe on my run. I'm just hoping I feel good on Wednesday! Ended up running 1.23 miles over my goal, which is awesome.
Excited to see what you guys did this past week, I'll try to get back to you guys as soon as I can. Sorry for posting a bit late, I decided to do my long run in the evening again.
Also, if anyone on here is fluent w/ Garmin Connect and would like to add me, just post that you want to as part of your comment w/ your name and I'll add you.
