Eat more. Likely aren't eating enough and therefore not recovering fully and also have low glycogen levels
Ensure you are eating more carbs than you think you need. This does not mean sugar, though having something with sugar after running will help recharge your muscles afterwards.Eat lots of rice, pasta, whole grains, etc. Ignore Paleo and low carb fvcktards who tell you otherwise. Many, many, many young athletes do not get enough carbohydrates due to the Western dietary trends (esp in the U.S.).
