I've been trying to formulate a decent training plan for my upcoming track season. Below is my log from last indoor season starting in December. Paces are in parenthesis. Averaged slightly under 40 miles per week during the XC season and ran 25:08 for 8k. Workouts were 8k tempo focused on flat trails. Longest run of 12 miles.

End of Indoor season. Ran 1:52 outdoors in early April but was injured shortly after and used residual fitness to run 1:53 in May. Two 25 mile weeks and 11 mile week before the 1:52. 18, 0, 19, and 15 mile weeks before the 1:53.
Any ideas of where I can improve my training, besides not missing so many days and getting sick? I did not lift weights consistently during the season and I think it could help immensely, I'm 6'1 and 136lbs as now. Were the workouts that I did timed correctly? Were they the best workouts I could have done? Any information or ideas would be great! Thanks if you actually read all of this.
My goals are to run under 1:50 in the 800, 4:10 in the mile, and 3:50 in the 1500. I don't have plans to run after Spring 2016, I'd like to focus on other things.
I have read a lot of the famous "1:50 800" thread and there is lots of information there. I am still getting through it as not all of it is apt for me.
This is longer than I thought it would be.
